In three & a half years, I have moved at least 4 times- 2 of which to another state. From Wyoming to Michigan, and Michigan to Ohio (where I was raised until I was 14 and subsequently dragged to the land of No Where. Literally; the closest mall was 2 hours away). Being in Ohio when you're 21 is much different than being in Ohio as an adolescent who has yet to find their identity. Yes, I was a confused teenager. I thought it was socially acceptable to wear purple eyeliner and layer a Hilary Duff concert t-shirt underneath a Green Day Hoodie. Listen, those days have passed their expiration date I promise (still love you, Hilary!). Although I may not be as confused anymore, I still have no idea where I'm going in life. Will I finish school? Will I move again (probably, and south too)? Or will I stick around and further my career at Nordstrom. I haven't hit 22, so I don't think I'm too worried... yet. For now, I've met some decent people working at Nordstrom. At least decent enough to photograph. Fellow co-worker Ariel came to me wanting to do a collaboration. She admired my style and I admired her make-up abilities. As a result, we asked two of our friends to bare the cold and pose a little bit. It wasn't hard to convince them when there was promised Chipotle. Apparently anyone can model when they know they'll be stuffing their faces with a large burrito afterward.
